Grain Free Granola
Ingredients
1 cup each of sliced almonds, walnuts, cashews and pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup raisins
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250. Melt coconut oil in microwave, add in applesauce, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix the nuts and coconut in a bowl. Pour the coconut oil and applesauce mixture over the nuts. Mix together then spread on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 70 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Add the raisins or any other dried fruit to the granola. Enjoy!
