Power Protein Balls
Power Protein Balls
**Note - these are Paleo compliant, but not Whole 30
Makes 24-36 (depending
on size of ball you make)
1 cup almond
butter (or peanut butter)
¼ cup honey
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 ½ cups
oatmeal
½ cup
unsweetened coconut flakes
½ cup
raisins
¼ cup
sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp
flaxseed, hemp seeds or chia seeds (I change this up every time I make it) - optional
¼ cup cacao
nibs (or you can use mini chocolate chips)
Instructions:
Put almond
butter and honey in microwave for 1 minute.
Mix together and add vanilla extract.
Mix the rest of the ingredients with the almond butter/honey. Place parchment (or wax paper) on baking
sheet. Wet your hands with water before
you roll the protein balls (so the mixture doesn’t stick to your hands). Place the balls on the parchment paper and
once done put all in the freezer to set.
Michael likes to eat them frozen but you can keep in the fridge if you
prefer. Enjoy!!!
